DSS arrest Boko Haram spiritual leader in Kano

The Department of State Security says it has arrested the spiritual leader of an uncovered Boko Haram cell in Kano state. In a statement signed and released by Tony Opuiyo, today August 22nd, the security agency said it has also arrested some kidnapping gang members in Benue, Cross Rivers and Akwa Ibom state.
