The Permanent Secretary, Federal Ministry of Education (FME), Dr Folasade Yemi-Esan, last week held interactive meetings with Chairmen and Secretaries of Tenders Boards of Federal Educational Institutions on Wednesday and Thursday, to acquaint them with the right procurement procedure in the award of contracts as enshrined in the Federal Government's Procurement Act 2007
